DC/DC power conversion products for applications with currents ranging from a few mA to 30A

 

MaxLinear’s power modules are complete non-isolated DC/DC power management solutions that enable fast time-to-market and save board space. These 22V and 40V, 3A to 20A power modules are available in QFN packages and provide superior thermal performance and manufacturability.

 

Maxlinear’s family of integrated power stages contain a gate driver packaged with both High-Side (HS) and Low-Side (LS) MOSFETs and also include temperature and current monitoring. Also known as DrMOS (Driver plus MOSFETs), this package design provides very low thermal impedance and minimizes parasitic inductances resulting in excellent EMI performance.

 

Step-down (buck) controllers are the basic building blocks for high efficiency and high power point-of-load supplies. Step-down controllers allow maximum flexibility and customization for high performance conversions.

 

MaxLinear's family of synchronous and non-synchronous switching regulators provide a single-chip solution for Point-of-Load (PoL) applications. These regulators fit in a wide range of applications and power architectures by enabling step-down DC/DC conversions from various bus levels and providing a highly efficient, high performing solution in a compact footprint.
